![]() ![]() One of her win phrases is " 愛いらない運命なんです ( Ai iranai unmei nandesu)" which translates to " It is fate, that I do not need love" or " My destiny needs no love." Kazumi win/intro quote " 仕方ありませんね (shikata arimasen ne)" which means " It can not be helped." The more commonplace way of saying this is しょうがない - Shouganai. The one you mentioned, Blaze - she extends her arm and hand in an embracive longing while exclaiming her husbands name " 平八さん (Heihachi!)" Intro with her tiger Kazumi says " 覚悟よろしいですか? ( Kakugo yoroshii desu ka?)" which translates to " Are you prepared?" or " Are you sure you're ready?" One of her tiger moves she says " 行きなさい ( ikinasai)" which means " Go." Trivia - Ikinasai as 生きなさい means please live, so it could be thought that she wishes her opponents survive the tiger mauling. I'm adding them as I discover them I've been watching online Kazumi play. When she becomes playable another of her pre-fight who is formally bows to her opponent and her win animation where she is happy similar to how Jun does in her ending in Tekken 2. She actually calls her ex-husband, Heihachi as part of her pre-quote "Heihachi-san!" If you watch Kazumi's introduction gameplay, you will hear many quotes not just the final boss pre-quote. It was three of her pre-quotes and her win animation in her introduction gameplay. You had a few missing in her quotes back there. Kazumi says " 恐怖を教えて差し上げます (kyoufu wo oshiete sashiagemasu)" which is along the lines of " I will show you fear" or " I will make you feel fear" prior to fighting. Hearts will grow though having to bend, leaving behind all things in the end. :Dįrom what I've seen on her intro and defeated animation, it seems she was forcibly brought back to life using the power of the Devil's Pit volcano. Kinda strange, Kazuya was unaware that his mother could fight despite she was killed by Heihachi? Anyway, her devil form appears a lot stronger than the other two. Kazumi does not fight in the non-canon movie, Tekken: The Motion Picture which she was only mentioned. ![]() Speaking of that booklet, I can also read "Mishima Jinpachi" from there. She was also mentioned in Tekken 2's original soundtrack booklet. 3 False info about the motion picture film. ![]() It just depends on how many flashback sequences they can fit into Tekken 8's story, should they go that route again. Heihachi may be gone in the present, but that doesn't mean he'll stay off of the game's new roster considering they already did that with Kazumi Mishima in Tekken 7, who was also super dead. It does ultimately feel fitting with Tekken 7 wrapping up Heihachi and Kazuya's father-son issues to move on to do the same between Kazuya and Jin doing the same in Tekken 8 - and they've got a lot of issues to work out. ![]() Heihachi's fate came a bit into question recently, when Leroy Smith's character profile for Tekken 8 mentioned Mishima as having "disappeared", but that now seems to be fully explained by Kazuya and the G Corp covering the situation. Murray goes on to joke about the idea of an "AI Heihachi," but it sounds like those steering the Tekken ship have closed the book on the elder Mishima's conquest (for now at least). "It's my favorite character, so I was shocked," said Harada. "Heihachi has been dead so many times, you have to make sure it's convincing this time', and we were like, 'you told us to make sure he's dead, right?!'" said Murray about the director's orders. Harada then told Liang that he was surprised at just how hard the team killed off Heihachi, but Murray responds it was an order given to them by Harada himself. "Heihachi had failed to actually convert the devil gene, and he doesn't have it so there's no way he can revive like Kazuya or Jin can." "He looked pretty dead to me," Harada adds. The interviewer, Lu-Hai Liang, attempts to counter that point with Heihachi's attempt to become immortal using Ogre's blood in Tekken 4 and other revivals of the series, but the director sounds pretty convincing that the old man is finally getting his rest. "I don't know how he's not dead, right?" said Murray via TheGamer. TheGamer recently interviewed both Harada and Tekken producer Michael Murray where they specifically asked the lead devs about the fate of the beloved character. ![]()
